This is a family owned business and when I first worked with this business it was over 20 years ago and David's dad was working along side David. David has owned and runs the business and has for the last 15 years. My family and friends exclusively use ProRemodeling and I would not have anyone else touch my home or my other properties! David is responsible, honest, extremely fair and goes out of his way to do thorough and high quality work. He has great ideas and is willing to take on anything new and learn from the experience. I trust him and his workers completely! You can not find a more reliable and competent contractor. What took me so long after 20 years to submit a review? He just asked me to yesterday. I hope he doesn't get too busy now that you can stop looking for anyone else to do your remodel. He is awesome and I am thankful I can let everyone know. He has remodeled 2 of my homes and 3 of my apartments. He can do almost everything himself so there's minimal lag time when plumbing or electrical or tiling or painting needs to be done. Had 3 bathrooms, stairs, flooring, kitchen remodeled and had 3 ceiling fans installed. David has very good communication. He gives you good advice that fits your budget. His team does excellent work and they are pretty good with their time estimate. Even after everything was done they came back to address any issues with their work. Reasonable prices, good communication, good advice. Everything you'd want in a contractor.

We are so happy with the job that David and everyone did for our bathroom remodel! I don't watch any of those remodel shows or have a secret degree in interior decorating or anything like that, so I needed someone with plenty of experience and integrity, and I'm glad to have found that with Pro Remodeling. Even with their original estimate being very reasonable, I was surprised by how much extra they did for us, whether it be picking up materials from various stores, adjusting to midstream changes, working around back order delays, even providing sound design advice. They were prompt with both overall scheduling and daily work, and we appreciated how neatly they work, including cleaning up at the end of each day. Most of all, I think they do a great job of setting the right expectations and following through. It's a pleasure to be able to recommend Pro Remodeling, and I also look forward to being able to work with them again in the near future when we're ready for another home project.

These guys do very good work and have done a LOT of work for my sister's home and my parents' townhome. Most importantly, they are also very honest and very clear.
